    Patrick was born and schooled in Cambridge before graduating from the Royal London Hospital Dental School in 1996 with distinctions in oral surgery, oral medicine and oral pathology. Since then, he has developed a breadth and depth of experience in general dental practice.

    From 2003 to 2010, Patrick was based in private practice at the Freiberger Dental Practice in Portland Place, London. His special interests include endodontics, advanced restorative dentistry, cosmetic and digital dentistry, as well as restoring dental implants.

    In 2004, he was awarded a distinction in the Diploma in Restorative Dental Practice from the Eastman Dental Hospital in London. Patrick has also taught undergraduate students at the Royal London Hospital and regularly attends local and national postgraduate meetings. He was delighted to chair the Cambridge section of the British Dental Association from 2013-2014, and to date remains Chairman of the Camdent out-of-hours emergency service.

    Patrick is a keen runner and skier and is married to Jo with two grown up boys.

    João is dedicated to creating an exceptional dental experience for all of our patients. His greatest goal is to make your dental care as comfortable, convenient, and rewarding as possible.

    João has been helping patients regain confidence in their smiles through advanced minimally invasive techniques and complex rehabilitations, with wide experience in general and referral practices. He nurtures a special interest in the areas of aesthetic and cosmetic restorative dentistry, including composite bonding, ceramic restorations, implant prosthetics, full smile makeovers and removable dentures.

    João is dedicated to continuing education, aiming to remain on the cutting edge of restorative, digital and cosmetic dentistry. He is an invited postgraduate tutor at the Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics MClinDent. at King’s College London since 2019.

    João loves spending time with his family and friends. He is a keen runner and windsurfer; loves travelling and riding his motorcycle.

    Nellie completed her BSc in Clinical Materials and Tissue Engineering from Queen Mary Westfield, University of London, in 2013. She then completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Barts and the London in 2016 and thereafter has developed a breadth of experience in general practice, community, and hospital settings.

    In 2021, Dr Ahmadi became a clinical research fellow in the central centre of oral and clinical research at Queen Mary Westfield and has completed a prestigious doctorate in clinical dentistry (DClinical Dentistry) in periodontology in summer 2025.

    Dr. Ahmadi will be devoting her time between private practice to continuing her research in periodontology.

    Nadia qualified from the Eastman Dental Hospital in 2016 and has extensive experience working in private practice. She believes that a great smile provides people with greater confidence and enjoys helping patients maintain their oral health.

    Nadia maintains a very gentle but thorough approach and has a particular interest in helping treat periodontal disease while working closely with the periodontist managing these cases.

    Outside of work, Nadia enjoys drawing/painting classes, yoga, and is a keen traveller.

    Jenny joined the practice in 2012, having qualified as a dental nurse in 2008.

    Jenny is Head Dental Nurse at our practice and has a special interest in restorative dentistry, Enlighten tooth whitening, and is committed to always running on time!

    Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, walking in the Peak District, and is also a dance fitness instructor.

    Gemma is married with two girls and a dog. She enjoys spending time with her family and has taken up running and completed the Cambridge half-marathon.

    Rose joined the practice in 2010 as our head receptionist, bringing a wealth of experience and bespoke customer service to the practice. Having worked in several of the established practices in Cambridge for over 30 years, she is a well-recognised face in Cambridge.

    Rose is a keen gardener and likes to spend time with her family and friends, especially in Norfolk.

We are at the Addenbrookes end of Hills Road, opposite The Perse School. Our entrance is located in Glebe Road. The practice is easily accessible on the ground floor with a level entrance.
